We just came back from our vacation in Rio! Everything was excellent since we arrived at the airport, starting from the transportation (Rogerio) was waiting for us on time and gave us a good advice of where to go during the stay. Once we arrived to the apartment we met Adriaan. All was just as the internet advicements shows on the web page and no problems at all on the payments agreement. We had a perfect stay during our trip and Adriaan is a great friend and professional of real state bussiness (also agreed with him about the points of view of the soccer world cup). Looking forward to come back and stay there renting with Adriaan.

Hi, just to say this was the 3rd time we rented an apartment from Adriaan, everything was real like the advertised photos and great, Adriaan is really a pro in making tourist feel awesome and to leave them the feeling to come back again soon. thanks adrian for all and see you pretty soon for our fourth time!!

We recently rented from Adriaan in lower Copacabana and everything was perfect! Prior to the trip Adriaan was very responsive and helpful in planning what was my first trip to rio. The apartment was as advertised and Adriaan was always on time. I would highly recommend using Adriaan in the future and look forward to doing business with him in the future.

This was my third trip to Brazil and also third time renting from Adriaan. The first time we rented an apartment in Copacabana which had some problems with water and Adriaan changed it in time for a penthouse really INCREDIBLE!!!. The last times I rented an studio in Copacabana (Nssa. Sra 1085) that I recommend you if you are travelling alone or in couple. It is really close to the beach, to the metro station Cantagallo and also to Lagoon and Ipanema. Adriaan is extremely professional and always replies really quick (that this is perfect if you have some doubt or some problem). I have recommended it to my friends specially for people who live in Europe and are not familiar with Rio. And of course I come back Adriaan in my next trips to Brazil!

My friend and I rented an apartment @ Copacabana via Adriaan.
It was a bit noisy, but we were warned about that in advance and this is probably reflected in the price. We had some problems (lock/shower) but these were fixed in no time (Adriaan answers email promptly) and as a compensation for the trouble we didnt have to pay the power bill. Great service and reliable. Would recommend doing business with Adriaan to my friends.

Wir kennen jetzt 3 Wohnungen an der Copacabana, wir waren mit allen sehr zufrieden. Einen speziellen Dank geht an Adriaan, er hat uns immer sofort auf unsere E-Mails geantwortet und immer gehalten was er versprochen hat. Wir haben vielerorts angefragt für Wohnungen. Teilweise erhielten wir keine oder ungenügende Informationen. Wenn wir das nächste mal nach Rio fliegen werden wir sicher wieder hier buchen. Viele Grüsse aus der Schweiz und Obrigado!

It is the first time we stayed in a rented apartment for our stay in Rio and chose Adriaan & RentaflatinRio because we got quick and precise response to our housing needs.
It is highly recommended to operate with them and we came back super line of treatment received by them and the quality of the rented apartment in Ipanema.
We would return to rent them on future trips.

Nous avons loué un appartement au Leme avec mes deux enfants, avec vue sur la plage de Copacabana. Fantastique ! L’appartement avait trois chambres, un salon et une véranda qui permettait d’accrocher un hamac tout en profitant de la vue sur la mer. Je recommande à tous ce site pour la location d’appartements, car cela fait déjà trois fois que je loue différents appartements auprès d’Adrien et tout était toujours en ordre.

We stayed in a beautiful place right on Copacobana beach CA2B19 from 27 June to 1st July 2010. A fantastic spot and great service from StartBrazil. Would have no problem in recommending Adrian and his crew for others traveling to Rio. It was our first trip there and the apartment was a highlight of our stay. Awesome guys! My second time using Adrian’s company to book my apartment stay in Brazil and it yielded the same result = AWESOME! You can’t ask fo naything better. He has the best selection of apartments, with the most convenient locations, the fastest/expedient response time, affordable prices and all of this couple with stekkar professionalism by himself and his staff? It’s a no brainer that i will use his services every time! and since im in love with copacabana, caipirinhas, porcao and 4×4 … i am sure i am going to be calling him sooner than i think! lol!

This was my third trip to Rio. Most important for me is response time when I make a reservation or have a question and this company gets an A+ on both accounts. If you know Brazil, you will understand that this is very unusual – even with top hotels.
The company was honest and friendly in their dealings with me. And the apartment was exactly as shown in the photos – a lovely studio in Arpoador, in a lovely, secure building one block from the beach.
This is a very professional company, which I would recommend to anyone.

I stayed 4 nights in a 3-bedroom located on Nossa Senhora de Copacabana. Great value for location (1 block from the sea, lots of space, excellent amenities, direct sea view from the living-room). Good communication with Adriaan, efficient and friendly service from Jácomo (with whom I checked in & out). I would definitely recommend RentAFlatinRio.com

Will keep it short. Was a bit apprenhesive getting an apartment over the net, as was my first time doing this. Was no need to worry as Adriaan was extremely professional and courtious. Everything went exceptionally well and as it should. You should have no qualms about renting an apratment through these guys.

I stayed in Rio twice in February/March, split by 5 days in Buenos Aires. For my stay, I chose Adriaan, and RentaflatinRio – again. This is my fourth time in Rio. the first time I stayed in a hotel. Since then I have used the same company, the same people. You do not need to know much more. I would never return to somewhere I was not satisfied. The people here are friendly, courteous, helpful, and the apartments are exactly what you want – clean, never airbrushed, nice location. It’s a simple choice!

It was now for the third time that I rented an apartment in Rio during the Christmas-New Year´s Eve period for several weeks, arranged by RioPenthouses. The apartment is luxurious, overlooking the ocean, the interior perfectly designed. I felt at home from the beginning and had three wonderful holidays there. RioPenthouses is a serious, correct and reliable agency. In case of problems they do their best to efficiently solve them as soon as possible. I am looking forward to contact them again for planning future stays in Rio.

This was my fourth trip to Rio and first time renting from Adriaan. I went with two apartments in January (beginning New Year’s Eve) and they were spectacular, one in Arpoador (between Ipanema and Copabana) and the second in Copabana.
Very clean and fresh, A/C and Internet worked perfectly, and the maid service is polite and super helpful (I locked myself out of Apt. once and his maid came to the rescue in 20 mins)! I had such a great time this trip I decided to extend my stay through February, and Adriaan was able to accommodate me during this busy time (Carnival) with three more apartments!
All were spectacular again, along with Jacomo who meeted, greeted, and helped me transfer from each Apt. to the next. I can’t say enough about the level of service and professionalism Adriaan provides – along with the fact he’s a laid back and warm person, just like Rio! OBRIGAO MI NOVO AMIGO! – Daniel

We rented a 3-bedroom apartment right next to the Copacabana Beach and used the services of Adriaan and his team. The apartment was only minutes walk from famous Copacabana beach and had a 24 hours security at the main gate. We were given 3 keys for the door.The team arrived straight away and explained everything to us. Each room had a AC, bathroom, LCD TV and modernly furnished. Every other day the apartment has been cleaned. It was much more reasonable and comfortable than hotels in every way. I highly recommend Adriaan and his team to everyone who comes to Rio de Janeiro.

Hi.
We rented 2 apartments on Copacabana. All arrangements went smoothly, very good communication before departure. Apartments were great, service perfect. all as described and pictured. Both flats are in great location with 24h security. I really experienced problems to find something good quality in reasonable price and we all were surprised. Will recommend to everyone.

The apartment was in great condition, along with the amenities offered. The staff has been very helpful throughout our stay. Have used the services of Adriaan and his team at rentaflatinrio on a couple of occasions over the past few years and stayed in several apartments on the Copa and Ipanema, top quality units, great locations and above all impeccable service. The units are well described on the site and exactly as shown, spotlessly clean and there is always someone available on the ground to assist with any queries. I paid via bank transfer and had absolutly no problems, very professional and totally trustworthy. All round a pleasure to deal with and as far as I’m concerned the only site to use if holidaying in Rio!

We rented a studio in Copacabana just days before New Year through Rentaflatinrio.com and would highly recommend them. The studio was overlooking the beach and looked exactly as it did in the photos. Very easy to secure it with a deposit beforehand and lots of reassuring emails from the team beforehand. Adriaan met us exactly when we arrived and was professional, flexible and friendly. If arriving at night you have a limit on ATM withdrawals so we were unable to pay the balance on arrival. This was no problem and we arranged a time the next day. We even had to delay our departure by a day due to the snow in Europe and Adriaan arranged an extra night at very fair price. Apartment clean, secure and perfect for couple or two close friends. We will be back next year as nothing was any trouble and texts and emails were returned promptly and efficiently. Thanks!!

I rented a one bedroom apartment in Leblon, Rio de Janeiro, for 4 nights. The apartment was in perfect conditions, everything was exactly as advertised. Location was insuperable, only two blocks from Leblon beach, next to 2 shopping centers and tons of bars and restaurants, in a very safe neighborhood. We even had made service! I paid 50% in advance using Paypal to reserve the apartment, and the remaining in cash when I got there. I highly recommend to use the services of StartBrazil if you’re planning a trip to Brazil. Adriaan and his team are 100% trustworthy and super responsive.

I stayed a week in one of their 1-bdrm flats in Copa, 2 blks from the beach and, except for the traffic noise (completely silenced w/ silicon earplugs), the entire arrangement was delightful. Adriaan is very professional and responsive and the driver / tour guide he arranged (Rogerio) was the best I’ve worked with. 100% recommendation!

We rented a 2-bedroom penthouse through the RentaFlatinRio.Com and received the best service imaginable. The apartment was clean, exactly like the photos, in great condition and beautiful. The service, including maid service, was very professional and very service-oriented. I would recommend staying with them to anyone!
